what we believe
The mighty Spirit of the Lord of Yahweh is wrapped around (us) because Yahweh has anointed us, as messenger(s) to preach good news to the poor, He sent (us) to heal the wounds of the brokenhearted, to tell captives, "You are free," and to tell prisoners, free from your darkness." (We are) sent to announce a new season of Yahweh's grace and a time o God's recompense on His enemies, to comfort all who are in sorrow, to strengthen those crushed by despair who mourn in Zion - to give them a beautiful bouquet in the place of ashes, the oil of bliss instead of tears, and the mantle of joyous praise instead of the spirit of heaviness.
Because of this, (we) will be known as
Mighty Oaks of Righteousness,
planted by Yahweh as a living display of His glory. (We) will restore ruins from long ago and rebuild what was long devastated. We will renew ruined cities and desolations of past generations.

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Oaks Fellowship prepared me to share the Gospel with my community by training me in leading bible study and prayer meetings, and encouraging me to share my testimony wherever I go. Additionally, our fellowship has started street evangelism this semester, which has helped me to break out of my comfort zone to share the Gospel with whoever we encounter on the street. Discipleship time has helped me be able to venture into these areas of ministry because I have been able to be trained on a personal level to lead others into their own relationships with Jesus. It has also been a fruitful way to encourage my own relationship with Jesus, which is vital in helping others also explore their own relationships with God. Because I continue to get so much dedicated personal time with Shino, my spiritual growth always moves forward and my intimacy with God progressively deepens.
